Packrafting Debuts in India
For the first time in India, Jellyfish Watersports & Outdoor Adventure introduced Packrafting at the Malabar River Festival, Pulikayam. Over an exciting 3-day event, participants discovered a whole new way of exploring rivers — lightweight, portable, and beginner-friendly boats that fold into a backpack.
The response was overwhelming, with beginners and seasoned adventurers enjoying stable, safe, and eco-friendly rides on our rivers. Guided trial runs, hands-on workshops, and training sessions by professional athletes and Jellyfish instructors gave everyone the confidence to paddle wild waters with ease. This debut wasn’t just about adventure — it was about building a movement to preserve rivers while embracing a new era of paddling in India.
